Hello 2011!

Holy crap its another new year! And its February!!!  Where does the time go?  Remember when you were stuck in grade school and a year seemed like forever?  Well a year still feels like forever to me, but I try to cram in so much every day that it goes by so fast!!

Here is a short update with what I'm doing these days:

I flew to Atlanta to interview for Delta. I had applied to be a flight attendant in August.  A week later they told me no.


It was a whirlwind few days and I am/was disappointed to not get the job.  Hopefully when the economy picks up a bit I can try again.

I'm in a show!! Its been a while and the last one I was in was killer. Literally.

This one is about the same size, but all women.  Its a story of pioneer women and the stories that they told through quilts.  What I love most about this show is not the 7 part harmonies we sometimes sing (there are 7 of us in the show) or the camaraderie of the women, but the fact that the stories are real. They're all based on this book.  We open on Friday, February 18th and can find more information about the show on the theater's website. Whittier Community Theatre Please some see it!  It truly is going to be a great show.

Yeah buddy.  5 days of relaxation and yoga on this beach. I am so excited! It is much needed, and I know I am ready to grow in my yoga practice.

I am so lucky to have the life I have.  I have the most amazing friends and I can't wait to make new ones!

There is a lot of good things going on in my life right now, and I know a lot of great stuff on the way!
